This hotel provides luxury and exclusive amenities that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. the service was outstanding and all of our needs were fulfilled. the private facilities and Jacuzzi were a great addition to our experience. the location advantages were exceptional, with easy access to shops and the Holy Kaaba and Mosque.
The restaurant was not up to our expectations, as the food was not consistently good and on the pricey side.
However, this was a minor issue compared to the overall positive experience we had at the hotel.

This hotel provides a luxurious experience and has exclusive amenities that satisfy all needs. the room was spacious, well-decorated and furnished. the hotel provides room advantages such as in-room breakfast and private facilities, as well as special diet menus. the service provided by staff was impeccable, attentive and polite. the location advantages are fantastic, being situated close to the holy mosque.
The only minor issue was that the Jacuzzi was not functioning.
Otherwise, the hotel has little to complain about.

The bed in the triple room was so comfy, it made my stay super cozy. 🛏️ the breakfast here was really good and the check-in process was easy as pie. Overall, a fantastic place to stay, definitely my top pick when I come back here.
